Job Description

1. Installation and configuration, repair of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners and monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
2. Network administration and configuration of device management.
3. Ensure all IT assets are accounted for and in good working order at all times.
4. Log and monitor service requests from both internal and external Customers until resolved
5. Onboarding and off-boarding Employees as requested and ensuring new staff has access to the right applications for their job.
6. Provide IT support to internal staff to include hardware, software, and application support
7. Maintain and ensure up to date disaster recovery plan
8. Liaise with 3rd party IT vendors for the support and maintenance of systems.

Skills & Qualification

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree ideally in a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite.
3. Good command of written and verbal English
4. Previous IT Support and customer service experience is a plus
5. Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
6. Passion for delivering amazing customer experience
7. Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
8. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
9. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
10. Certifications in Microsoft products or other technical certification will be beneficial
11. Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers

Objective
The Agency Banker will be actively involved in the bank’s agent banking and financial inclusion strategy, through the use of approved third party agents to expand the bank’s footprints and customer touch points thereby increasing penetration, revenue and profitability of the agent networks. The job holder will be responsible for executing day-to-day inclusion strategy to bring financial services closer to the unbanked and underbanked segment of the society by empowering existing businesses within the communities.

1. Responsible for the achievement of Agent Banking targets and overall business performance of the Bank’s Agent Network.
2. Responsible for the growth and expansion of the Bank’s Agent Network
3. Work with all critical approved partner(s) /stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the Agency Banking and Financial Inclusion strategies of the Bank
4. Work with all relevant stakeholders in ensuring the successful implementation of marketing, sales and activation plans.
5. Design and come up with promos and marketing strategies that will increase transactions and lead to increased competitiveness and brand visibility

Skills & Qualification

2. Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision.
3. People management, organizational and leadership abilities.
4. Experience in product development & launch with verifiable track record
5. Experience in market research, analysis and business development.
6. Agency Banking experience in microfinance will be an added advantage.
7. Previous experience in agency and retail banking.
